Can I start right away?
Yes. Create a free account with your email and start your first project — no credit card, no waitlist.
What does the free plan include?
One active project with moodboard, shot list, kits and packing list, 500 MB for images, and share links with a small watermark. Upgrade to Solo or Team when you need more.
What does “no per-seat pricing” mean?
Team costs the same whether you’re 2 or 5 people. Add your editor or assistant without doing math.
Can my client see the board without an account?
Yes. Share a link — clients enter their name and comment on the images. You can revoke the link anytime.
Does it work on my phone?
The dashboard, shot list, gear, packing list and shared boards work on your phone. Editing the moodboard is desktop-only.
Is Prepkit available in German?
Yes — English and German, switchable per person in your profile.
Is this for film productions?
Not really. Prepkit is for solo creators and small crews up to 5. No call sheets, budgets or role management — on purpose.
Where is my data stored?
On our own servers in the EU. You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time — see the privacy policy.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime, in Settings → Plan & billing. A change applies right away and is prorated.
How do I cancel?
In Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Who sends the invoice and handles VAT?
Payments run through Paddle as our merchant of record. Paddle sends the invoices and takes care of VAT in your country.
What if we grow past 5 people?
Prepkit is built for small crews. Talk to us — we’d rather keep it simple than add seat pricing.
